Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

We do not issue the refund if:

*You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

*If you are not satisfied with your order, you need to send the order back strictly within 15 days of receipt. We will not be able to accept refund claims after 15 days. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost as we never charge for shipping, therefore will not be able to refund on shipping.

*If the item is damaged or broken, damaged or non-functional, you’ll need to notify us within 14 DAYS and we will be able to ship identical item to you after you provide us the evidence. After 14 DAYS, we will not be able to accept the claim of non-functional, broken, damaged, wrong size etc. items.

*Its a good idea to have the item tracked with a tracking number ensuring delivery of your return to our supplier in China or USA, depending on where it was shipped

*All refunds will be issued after ensuring the condition of the item was UNUSED.
